We don’t charge agency fees to our clients as we are remunerated with a percentage of commission hotels or venues grant us once your event is over.

Since 2016, EU organisations can rely on the free service that EU Venue Finders provide, whether it is for events taking place in Brussels or in any other European city.

We rely on our years of experience in finding event venues and other unusual or special events, as well as our perfect mastery of destinations.

As a fully independant service provider, we don’t have special partnership with any hotel or hotel chain in order to be able to offer you the best choice according to your needs and budgets.

To save time, money and energy !
We facilitate the venue sourcing.
We are remunerated with a percentage of commission hotels or venues grant us once your event is over.  This is our only source of income as we don’t charge agency fees. We ensure the hotels and venues’ offers are not marked up with our commission.
Because we provide a quick and professional service. We always adapt ourselves to the clients requierements and make sure to find the perfect venue even in short timings. Within 72 hours, we’ll present a venue selection that fits the clients needs.
